Lets Book
To book a halotherapy session at Halora, you have several easy options—but we recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time is available. You can call us directly to reserve your spot or message us through our social media channels, where we’re happy to assist with bookings or questions. You can also email us, and we’ll get back to you with availability. For the most convenient option, use our Vagary online booking system to see our schedule and secure your session instantly. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but pre-booking is the best way to guarantee your session.
Halora Ettiqute
To make the most of your halotherapy session and ensure a relaxing experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing appropriate for a peaceful, wellness-focused setting. Avoid wearing strong fragrances, perfumes, or scented lotions, as the salt room is a shared space and strong scents can interfere with the experience for others. If you’ve recently been exposed to heavy smoke, we recommend waiting before entering the salt room to preserve the clean air environment. We also ask that all guests arrive on time, speak softly, and keep mobile phones silenced or turned off to maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere. Water is allowed, but food and drinks should be left outside the therapy room. Finally, if you're feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session for a later date. Your comfort, health, and relaxation—as well as that of our other guests—are always our top priority.
Halora Arrival & Preparation
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session. This time allows you to complete a short consultation form and change into the robes and shoe coverings that we provide. Punctuality is essential, as late arrivals may not be able to join the session once it has started. This is to preserve the peaceful, undisturbed atmosphere in the salt room for all guests.
Halora Cancellation, Reschedulling, No Show's
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. You can reach out to us by phone, email, direct message on our social media, or manage your appointment through the Fresha booking system. If you do not show up for your session or cancel too late, you may be blocked from future bookings. This policy is in place to be fair to both our team and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Halora Aftercare & Expectations
Following your halotherapy session, it’s common to feel a deep sense of calm and clarity. Many guests notice they can breathe more freely, and some experience a light tickle in the throat or mild coughing. This is a natural response as the salt begins to loosen mucus and cleanse the respiratory tract. You may also notice increased nasal drainage or a slight dryness in the throat, both are temporary and a sign that the salt is doing its job.
We recommend drinking plenty of water after your session to help your body flush out toxins and stay hydrated. Staying hydrated also helps maintain the cleansing effect of the salt on your respiratory and lymphatic systems. If you experience coughing, let it happen gently, it’s simply your body clearing out the airways.
Some people report feeling sleepy or extremely relaxed after their session, while others feel more energized and clear-headed. Both are normal responses and tend to reflect your body’s natural way of rebalancing. We suggest allowing yourself some quiet time afterwards, especially if it’s your first session, to let the effects settle in fully.
If you’ve attended a session for skin related concerns, you may feel a soft residue of salt on your skin. You can leave this on for a while to maximize its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial benefits before rinsing off gently with lukewarm water. Avoid applying heavily scented lotions or products immediately after, as the salt may still be interacting with your skin.
For best results, halotherapy is most effective when practiced regularly. Depending on your needs—whether respiratory, skin-related, or stress relief—your practitioner may recommend a series of sessions.
As always, if you have any questions or experience anything unusual after your visit, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to support your wellness journey every step of the way.
